Tammy Garner, parliamentarian from the Flonnie Mae Larimer Parliamentary Unit, will talk us through the why the how and functionality of Robert’s Rules of Order (RONR) and how they function in The Caucus. RONR is there to make sure that everyone gets a chance to be heard, but it only works if we are comfortable in navigating the structure. Varying degrees of expertise welcome!
