January Monthly Membership Meeting – Houston LGBTQ+ Political Caucus

This is a friendly reminder that our January monthly membership meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 8 at 7 PM at the Montrose Center. Email membership@thecaucus.org with membership questions.

As we will be taking nominations and voting for the Board of Trustees Positions 1, 3, 5, 7, and President, we will be credentialing.

Current nominations:
President – Joëlle Espeut, Austin Davis Ruiz
Position 1 – Porscha Brown
Postion 3 – Melvin Roberts
Position 5 – Nick Vaughan
Position 7 – Dave Wheat

*You must be credentialed in order to speak or vote.*

We highly encourage members to pre-register to expedite credentialing/check-in for the meeting. To be eligible to vote at the meeting, you must have become a member by December 9 at 11:59 PM CST per Article 4 Section 1 of our Bylaws. The deadline to pre-register is Tuesday, January 7 at 11:59 p.m. CST, as our volunteers need time to credential and email members regarding their voting status.
