Candidates completed a comprehensive screening questionnaire and sat for an interview with a Caucus screening panel in order to be eligible for endorsement. Our membership voted to endorse Commissioner Garcia for this race.

2013 City of Houston Municipal Elections and Other Races

As we head into the November 2013 election cycle, additional information will be posted as it becomes available. We will determine a cutoff date after which all candidates who have announced and filed appropriate candidacy paperwork will be invited to seek our endorsement. A comprehensive questionnaire will be distributed to candidates. The questions that appear on the questionnaire will be posted on our website, but candidate responses will not.
